FAQ - YOUR QUESTIONS, OUR ANSWERS

Here we answer the most frequently asked questions about ticket purchasing.

You do not have to register to purchase a ticket. All tickets can be purchased at the same prices without registration. However, a MY CIRCUS registration has many advantages, e.g. your data is saved for faster and easier ticket purchases in the future; you can also inform us about your interests and thus receive individual content; and you can always check your orders etc.

Discounted tickets (e.g. group tickets, reduced bike tickets for JOKER CARD owners) are only available at the lift ticket counters and are NOT available in our online ticket shop.

Season Tickets

  • On request we will ship your ticket to your requested address without any extra charge for the delivery.
  • Season ticket: you can top up your existing KeyCard. Please have the imprint on the KeyCard renewed after the first pass at the turnstile (charging authorization) at the lift ticket counters at the beginning of the season (current imprint is important for an easy use of the ticket – photo ID must be presented!).

Orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be sent by mail to your desired address the next day. Orders placed on a Friday, bank holiday, bridge day or weekend will be processed the next working day. Within Austria postal delivery will take between 3-5 workdays. Outside of Austria the shipment will take 7-14 workdays.

We will not charge any shipping fees.

In our online ticket shop you can choose between the following payment options:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, V-Pay, Maestro)
  • Direct Banking

You can return your undamaged KeyCards at all lift ticket counters.

Tickets are not transferable (also not within a family). Any misuse shall result in the immediate withdrawal of the ticket. The customer will be further charged with the cost of the ticket and an additional fine of at least € 70.00. Always keep your ticket safe from any unauthorized third-party access to prevent misuse. The right to press charges is expressly reserved.

With the purchase of your day, multi-day, season and year tickets you will receive a blocking number on your receipt. In case of loss this receipt enables us to issue a new ticket. Tip: Take a photo of your ticket with the blocking number on it – this will also allow our staff at the lift ticket counters to replace your ticket. We will charge a processing fee of € 15.00 for the replacement of your ticket.
