DUSTY SOCKS Gravel Ride

Dusty socks guaranteed: Coop panoramic loop from/to Saalbach, mostly on gravel roads.

Start & finish at the village square in Saalbach. Out of the valley on the Glemmtal cycle path (tip: let it roll, there are enough altimetres to come), continue to Saalfelden and towards Leogang. The Vogelsangweg starts in the Hirnreit industrial estate and leads to the Saalfelden Biberg. After a detour to the lookout tower, you can enjoy great panoramic views of the Steinerne Meer, the Zeller See and the Schwalbenwand to the Örgenbauernalm and continue around the Sausteigen on the high trail via Jahnhütte, Schönleiten and the Spielberghaus back to Saalbach. There are several mountain huts on the way.
