BEECHROCK 1000 - Around the Buchensteinwand

Easy route around the Buchensteinwand, crowned by the famous Jakobskreuz. 

From the center of Saalbach via Spielberghaus to Pfaffenschwendt, the route runs along the ridge just above Fieberbrunn and St. Jakob around the Buchensteinwand. The famous Jakobskreuz can be seen several times. Via Wiesensee, Hochfilzen and Leogang on bike paths away from the streets continuing to Saalfelden and Maishofen to connect to the Glemmtal bike path.
