Four mountains, four cable cars, a superb backdrop and 400 km of interconnected paths and trails. These are the ingredients for a top-class biking eldorado. Machine-made routes with countless jumps and many steep turns, freeride routes with Northshore elements and demanding drops as well as steep, technical and single tracks with a lot of roots, stony passages, water crossings and epic views make the heart of any mountain biker beat faster. However, if you are riding for the first time in Saalbach Hinterglemm or if it’s your first contact with a full-suspension mountain bike, then you will need a little help.

Mountain bike beginners

Is it your first time in a bike park or on a single trail? If yes, then we recommend using the services of a trained bike guide from Saalbach Hinterglemm. Various camps, workshops and events provide riders of all ages and level of skill with numerous possibilities to prepare perfectly for mountain biking in the region.
