Thurneralm
A must in winter, a pleasure in summer!
The Thurneralm is located on the sunny side of the mountain on the Kohlmais piste 56 or 45/66 – in summer up above the Montelino’s Adventure Path at an altitude of 1,574 m right next to the bike trail which take you in the direction of the Schönleiten and Wildenkarkogel.
Visit this quaint Alpine hut with a smokehouse dating back to 1859 which is still in its original form and take in the wonderful panoramic views over the Glemmtal, the Pinzgauer Grasberge and the Hohen Tauern mountain range.
